Our goal at STRONG GIRL Inc is to spread the word how important it is to be a strong, well adjusted girl, and to grow into an even stronger woman.
Let your daughters, granddaughters, sisters, nieces, and all the young and incredibly impressionable girls in your lives know that they are important, that they are respected by you, need to respect others, and most importantly, to respect themselves. Help them to make responsible decisions. Encourage them to get involved in athletics, music, dance, or art. Tell your Strong Girl that she is beautiful, not only on the outside, but on the inside, and give reasons for why you feel this way. Every young girl has something wonderfully unique and special about her. Instilling confidence in your Strong Girls, and teaching them to respect their bodies will help them in so many ways as they grow up.
